Vacation: Outer Banks 2015

Our 2015 family vacation this year was planned before we knew we were moving to the beach. So we moved less than 5 minutes from the beach and drove 14 hours to go to the beach. But it was all worth it for a nice relaxing time with Grandma and Grandpap, Aunt Bridget, Uncle Melvyn and William and Aubrey; who we hadn't seen in year. The kids had a GREAT time playing with their cousins!! It was a fantastic week all staying together in an oceanfront house.

We LOVE the beach!

We have always LOVED the beach. And now we live less than a mile, as a crow flies, and less than 2 by car to the Gulf. We can just go over for an hour or two. And the Gulf is perfect; it's warm, clear and calm! I have come to terms that my car, washer and dryer, shoes, phone and house will be permanently sandy...and I'm OK with that! Beach pictures just make me happy! So here are some random shots from the last month taken at our favorite little place on Indian Shores.
