My name is
Gretchen and I am a cell phone camera addict…there I said it.
I love to
take pictures, but I ONLY use my cell phone. It's convenient; I always have it
on me. I have thought about how nice it would be to take great pictures with a
big expensive camera, but then I think, really…who am I kidding? Would I
really do that?? And if I did would it last more than 2.5 seconds without being
broken by someone spilling water on it, sitting on it or deciding that hang in
upside down for 2 minutes right after lunch to to long and losing their lunch
all over it? So, the cell phone it is.
So the other
day I was reading about the Camera + app and decided to give it a try; what's
the worst that could happen- I get the same slightly blurry pictures I usually
get (not that that has anything to do with the fact that neither I nor my
subjects can sit still for longer than 0.2 seconds)? I bought it (it was only $1.99)
and took to the streets…Ok, I took to the Children's Garden.
Here are my efforts at better quality pictures
using the Camera + App.

Relaxing. Again he was rocking, but he is not blurry. Score 1 for mommy! |

Calgon take me away! |

I'm gonna catch this water! |

I love the rays of sunlight and shadows in this one. |

You can see the fish…pretty cool. |

Peek-a-BOO! |

This little fern looking plant is the kids favorite, so they wanted a picture. It curse up and plays dead when someone touches it…no, really, it does! |

The photos are really nice. Sometimes my very big and expensive camera is not that great ...
ReplyDeleteThanks Constance! It was fun playing with the app and actually getting decent pictures! I still remember you taking that photography class and taking pictures of the kids! :)
