We are starting to get harvests almost every day; peppers and cucumbers, zucchini and beans, okra and squash. The kids are so excited to pick; overly excited sometimes that they can't wait to listen as to what to pick.
All of these vegetables were picked yesterday. And we have lots more coming. I made my first zucchini parmesan for dinner on Wednesday Night- its one of my favorites! This weekend I'll have to make some cheese and bacon stuffed Jalapeños and Banana Peppers to grill and some cucumber salads.
Anyone have any great green bean recipes? Or any other great recipes to make with fresh veggies?
Just waiting on all the tomatoes to ripen...
