Black Bean Brownies

Shhhhh........yes, I said black beans......just don't tell the kids! They thought they were the most AWESOME brownies ever; seriously moist, chewy, chocolaty deliciousness!

All I did was open a can of black bean and rinse them. Then put them in the food processor with 1 cup water and pureed them; add them to the mix (no oil and eggs) and bake as directed! That’s it...simple!! And not only do you get fantastic brownies, but they don't have the saturated fat in them and have added protein and fiber. So really you can't go go...try them!!! You won't regret it!!
