This week we tried another new recipe for after school snacks. They were a big hit and very easy, so I will share the recipe. I know we are all always looking for new snacks.
NO BAKE ENERGY BALLS
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)
1/2 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
Mix everything together and chill in refrigerator for at least and hour. Roll into balls and enjoy!
Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
